54 Heart & Home Happy Projects

happy heart and home

Imagine your summer days filled with your heart and home happy. The right projects can do just that AND make you feel amazing. Summer is a time of feeling free and alive. Yet we can easily fall into lazy mode too. Oops. We’re all guilty. That won’t be a concern if you have TONS of ways to fill the time in ways that make your heart sing and home look great as you check them off!

Today’s post gives you 54 projects that will make both your heart and home happy.

What got me thinking about this is planning out my own summer projects. Frankly, I’m only planning on doing the things that make me happy. I’ve hit the point in my life where I’m focusing on the people and activities that bring me up and I’m saying, “Back off!” to as much of the rest as I possibly can. The sun and warmth affect so many of us in positive ways. Why do ANYTHING that might tamper with the good feelings and instead let’s make the most of the 2-3 months of summer?

what are heart and home projects?

The 54-Card deck includes 9 pdf pages for you to print out and cut up into 54 cards (I suggest using card stock but that’s your call). Each card has a project that vary in difficulty but are all very much DIY projects. They’re all pretty quick projects although some may cause you to get more invovled than the card suggests.

That’s awesome if that happens!

The entire point is to feel great about being productive.

Some of the projects are straight-out home go-to’s. Others will get you acting more crafty. While some will call on you to become a bit introspective. All-in-all the point is to give you ideas for doing things that are perfect for the warmer months and will bring joy to your heart and home.

heart and home happy project group

So here we go! Let’s do this together in a really fun way. I’m hosting a Zoom group to follow our progress and share our successes.

What’s involved?

What I’m thinking (this is an experiment) is a weekly Zoom call to chat and watch as each of us picks from the 54-card deck of Heart and Home Happy Projects. We can brainstorm together for each person (if needed) about how they might complete the project. Then, on the weekly calls, we can share our successes and bloopers (there’s never a failure).
